2.2 Registration and account security
Registration is conducted exclusively through Apple sign-In, which links your account to your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple credentials and ensuring that your linked email is accurate and accessible. Any unauthorized access to your Apple account should be reported directly to Apple. We are not responsible for any issues related to Apple ID security or third-party access.
3. App usage
3.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose—accumulating cashback rewards through our partner casinos. Any unauthorized or illegal use of the App is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Prohibited conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
Use automated means to manipulate or exploit any feature.
Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas.
Provide false or misleading information.
Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your access.

The App, including its content, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Cashback and third-party services
5.1 Cashback accumulation
The App facilitates cashback rewards based on user activity with partner casinos. The calculation and availability of cashback are determined by our agreements with these partners.
5.2 Third-party responsibility
We do not operate or control the partner casinos. Their services, terms, and policies apply independently. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms, including delayed or denied cashback rewards.
